1. Product Access and Usage
- We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or permanently revoke access to your key/license and account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate the terms.
- "Lifetime" access means the lifetime of the product, not the user. The product may be discontinued or shut down at any time without compensation.
- Unauthorized sharing, reselling, leaking, or distributing your key is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
- You are responsible for the security of your key. Lost, stolen, or shared keys will not be replaced. Sharing your key = ban.
2. Product Updates and Delays
- Purchasing during updates or maintenance does not guarantee immediate access. We do not provide ETAs for full product availability.
- Security and testing are our priority. Development may be delayed for personal reasons.
- No compensation, refund, or time extension will be provided for update delays.
3. Technical Support
- Support is provided as available and is not guaranteed immediately.
- Spamming support channels will result in denial of further assistance.
- We provide detailed guides — please read them before reporting an issue.
4. Service Availability
- We do not guarantee continuous product availability. It may be shut down, updated, or discontinued at any time.
- Game updates may cause temporary downtime, crashes, or errors.
- We strive to release updates quickly, but early versions may be unstable.
- Users understand that early updates may contain bugs and are for testing purposes.
- No refund or compensation will be provided for downtime or errors.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
- We log your IP address and Discord ID for authorization in Euphoria. We do not collect any additional personal data.
- Data is used solely for security purposes and fraud prevention.
6. Final Confirmation
- By purchasing Euphoria, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms of Service.
